UV Ink Storage Guide

1、 Environmental control
Temperature: Keep between 20-30 ℃, with the ideal being 20 ℃. Avoid extreme high or low temperatures to prevent ink condensation or deterioration.
Avoid light: Ensure that the ink is stored in a completely dark environment and use opaque packaging to reduce direct sunlight.
Moisture and dust prevention: The storage area should be dry and dust-free to prevent moisture and impurities from entering the ink bottle.

2、 Packaging and Placement
Sealed storage: Unopened ink must be sealed to prevent air and impurities from entering. Use the opened ink as soon as possible and try to keep it sealed.
Independent storage: Different batches or opened and unopened inks should be stored separately to avoid cross contamination.
Stable placement: Ink should be placed on a stable platform to avoid compression or collision, and no other items should be stacked on top.

3、 Storage management
First in, first out: According to the production date or storage time of the ink, the one purchased first will be used first.
Regular inspection: Regularly check the storage conditions of ink, including temperature, humidity, sealing, etc., to ensure that the ink is in good condition.
Pay attention to the shelf life: Pay attention to the shelf life of ink, use opened ink as soon as possible, and avoid expired waste.

4、 Safety precautions
Anti corrosion protection: UV ink is corrosive, avoid contact with eyes or skin. If accidentally touched, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention.
Fire and explosion prevention: Ink is flammable and explosive, and should be stored away from sources of fire and heat, avoiding direct sunlight.
Restricted contact: Non staff should avoid contact with ink to ensure safety during storage.

Following the above guidelines can effectively protect the quality and performance of UV ink, ensuring that users achieve the best results when using it.
