Product Details

UVLED flexographic ink: UV or LED lamp cured, low viscosity, low odor, high color concentration, no odor residue, 100% active ingredients.

UVLED flexographic light-fast ink: UV or LED light curing, low viscosity, low odor, high color concentration, high light fastness level (level 6 and above), no odor residue, 100% active ingredients.

UVLED flexo low migration ink: UV or LED lamp curing, low migration, low viscosity, low odor, high color concentration, no odor residue, 100% active ingredients.

Note: Light resistance is divided into 8 levels, with level 8 being the best and level 1 being the worst. The other performances above are level 5, with level 5 being the best and level 1 being the worst.

Heat resistance and light resistance test methods

Lightfastness: Place the printed matter on the Atlas Fade-O-Meter (ARK carbon black lightfastness testing machine) for exposure to simulate the exposure to sunlight, and score the lightfastness into 8 levels (according to the international blue wool exposure time for different periods of time). The fading condition of the fabric can be used to judge the strength).

Note: These are test results under normal conditions. When the humidity is very high, the light resistance will be extremely poor.

High concentration, low concentration = 100% ink, 90% transparent + 10% ink

Printing conditions: RI colorimeter 2-point roller ink volume 0.15cc-0.20cc

Acid resistance: The printed paper is kept at 20°C-25°C and immersed in 2% sulfuric acid solution for 2 hours. The strength is judged based on the degree of fading.

Alkali resistance: Keep the printed paper at 20°C-25°C and immerse it in 1% sodium hydroxide for 2H, and judge the strength according to the degree of fading.

Soap resistance: The printed paper is kept at 40°C and immersed in 10% soap solution for 1 hour, and the strength is judged according to the degree of fading.

Solubility resistance: The printed paper is kept at 20°C-25°C and immersed in the mixed solvent for 5 minutes. The strength is judged based on the degree of discoloration and dissolution.

Heat resistance: Place the printed paper in a constant temperature dryer at 150°C, heat it for 30 minutes, and judge the strength based on the degree of fading.
